Spend relaxing days in our lovingly furnished, quiet and sunny apartment in a central location. With around 48 m² of space, the apartment offers plenty of room for 2 people and impresses with comfort and a cosy atmosphere.

The open-plan living and dining area invites you to relax with a large, comfortable couch. SAT TV, a DVD player and radio provide entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – with a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, you are well provided for.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and fresh bed linen. In the bathroom, you will find a shower with WC, towels and a hairdryer.

A special highlight is the balcony with a wonderful view of the Dolomites, as well as the option of using the garden – perfect for enjoying peace, quiet and nature.

Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space directly in front of the house are also available.

The location is ideal: a grocery store with a small bakery is just a 2-minute walk away, and the centre is about 5 minutes away.
